We make every effort to deliver the absolute best product to you. We take every care to ensure that your logo is printed and embroidered exactly the way you want it. We inspect all of our finished goods to make sure that you are getting the best custom t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, polo shirts.

Here's the deal - If we screw your order up and you recieve something that is materially* different from what you actually ordered, we will replace it right away or refund your money. No excuses- period!

*Blue Heron represents that all garments are sold as first quality and within manufactures standards and that all decorating conforms to "industry standard" quality. We cannot accept returns for differences in color on your monitor. All files are printed exactly as presented. All claims must be made within 72 hours. Return Authorization required. Customer pays return freight. Blue Heron reserves the right to issue credits in the form of check, cash or EFT or credit card refund.
